Word of Mouth

Wouldn't it be great if... every customer that leaves your business would advertise for you, tell all of their family and friends and co-workers about you?

Well... they will if you do at least one or all of the following:

  • Give each customer a couple referral cards as they leave and ask for their support

  • Ask your customers to please write a review on Yelp

  • When you have a few spare minutes between appointments, use them to send emails to your customers thanking them for their business and asking them to help you grow your business by referring their friends

  • Ask your customer if they are able to put up one of your flyers in their break room at work
